The Award in Essentials of Marketing & Sales is an EQF/MQF Level 5 course accredited with 8 ECTS credits. The course will provide tools and necessary  knowledge and the skill in applying marketing and sales practices which would help grow a business. It is based on current best practices, which we ourselves apply in the consultancy roles in applying management practices in different organisations. Particularly, the course deals with the core concepts of marketing, market research, branding, digital marketing and social media and the sales concepts. The course is delivered fully online over a period of 6 weeks.

Course Overview:

This stage introduces the essential concepts and tools of eCommerce, providing a strong base for understanding the digital marketplace. You’ll explore topics such as online business models, digital marketing strategies, website management, and customer engagement. Through 4 core and 2 elective modules (6 ECTS), you’ll gain the skills to build and manage a successful online business presence.

In the second stage, you’ll deepen your knowledge with advanced modules that focus on innovation, digital transformation, and sustainable growth in eCommerce. You’ll learn about data-driven decision-making, eCommerce analytics, online branding, and customer experience design. Industry experts and leaders will share real-world insights to help you connect theory with practical business applications (8 ECTS).

The final stage emphasizes hands-on learning and application. You’ll work on individual and group assignments designed to simulate real-world eCommerce challenges. Each module includes interviews, case studies, and interactive discussions to help you apply theoretical concepts to practical business solutions. By the end of the course, you’ll have the confidence and competence to plan, implement, and manage eCommerce strategies effectively.
