Course Overview:

This stage introduces the essential concepts and tools of eCommerce, providing a strong base for understanding the digital marketplace. In the second stage, you’ll deepen your knowledge with advanced modules that focus on innovation, digital transformation, and sustainable growth in eCommerce. You’ll learn about data-driven decision-making, eCommerce analytics, online branding, and customer experience design. Industry experts and leaders will share real-world insights to help you connect theory with practical business applications (8 ECTS).

The final stage emphasizes hands-on learning and application. You’ll work on individual and group assignments designed to simulate real-world eCommerce challenges. Each module includes interviews, case studies, and interactive discussions to help you apply theoretical concepts to practical business solutions. By the end of the course, you’ll have the confidence and competence to plan, implement, and manage eCommerce strategies effectively.
