It provides an overview of the concepts of Social Entrepreneurship in the EU with specific reference to published articles and EC documentation on the matter. It includes a review of some of the Legal Frameworks available in the EU with particular reference to Malta and Belgium.  It provides a comparative analysis of the legal frameworks in the EU highlighting differences and similarities of some key jurisdictions.

Course Overview:

This stage introduces the essential concepts and tools of eCommerce, providing a strong base for understanding the digital marketplace. Through 4 core and 2 elective modules (6 ECTS), you’ll gain the skills to build and manage a successful online business presence.

In the second stage, you’ll deepen your knowledge with advanced modules that focus on innovation, digital transformation, and sustainable growth in eCommerce. You’ll learn about data-driven decision-making, eCommerce analytics, online branding, and customer experience design. Industry experts and leaders will share real-world insights to help you connect theory with practical business applications (8 ECTS).

The final stage emphasizes hands-on learning and application. You’ll work on individual and group assignments designed to simulate real-world eCommerce challenges. Each module includes interviews, case studies, and interactive discussions to help you apply theoretical concepts to practical business solutions. By the end of the course, you’ll have the confidence and competence to plan, implement, and manage eCommerce strategies effectively.
